Australia
- Standard Shipping: AUD $8.00 — orders under $44
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders $44 and over
- Express Shipping: AUD $15.00
Australian orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is generally 1–3 business days.
New Zealand Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout:
- 0–1 kg: AUD $25.00
- 1–2.5 kg: AUD $30.00
- 2.5–5 kg: AUD $35.00
Delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch.
International
- Standard International Shipping: AUD $75.00
We ship to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and more. Delivered within 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds/exchanges processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
