Australia
- Standard Shipping: AUD $8.00 — orders under $44
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders $44 and over
- Express Shipping: AUD $15.00
Australian orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is generally 1–3 business days.
New Zealand
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated rates:
- 0–1 kg: AUD $25.00
- 1–2.5 kg: AUD $30.00
- 2.5–5 kg: AUD $35.00
New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch.
International
- Standard International Shipping: AUD $75.00
We ship to a wide range of countries including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and more. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your North Living Styled piece. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
- We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items
As our products are crafted from natural stone, each piece is unique. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
