Caring for Your Marble Tray
How do I clean my marble tray?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and acidic substances (such as lemon or vinegar) as these can etch the surface. Dry immediately after cleaning.
Will my marble tray scratch or chip?
Marble is a natural stone and can be susceptible to scratching or chipping if dropped or handled roughly. We recommend placing felt pads on the base if using on delicate surfaces.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to a wide range of countries including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan, Singapore, and more. International shipping is AUD $75.00. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
